What We Collect

Vuleo collects limited data to run and improve the app:

Account & Subscriptions

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google and managed using RevenueCat, our subscription provider. By default your subscription is linked to RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier — your email address is not shared. Your email is shared with RevenueCat only if you choose to sign in with Google to enable Google Drive sync; at that point your email becomes your account identifier so your PRO subscription works across your devices. RevenueCat also receives your purchase history (which products you bought and their status). We use your email only to manage your subscription — never for marketing. RevenueCat processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

If you purchase a subscription on our website, payment is handled by Stripe. In this case your purchase is tied to your email address, and both Stripe and Vuleo’s developer have access to that email to process and manage your subscription. We use it only to manage your subscription — never for marketing. Stripe processes your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

What We Don’t Collect

We do not collect:

Local Data & Sync

Your playlists, favorites, watch history, and settings are stored on your device. If you turn on sync, this data is backed up to your own Google Drive account — we do not have access to it.

Third Party Services

Each service processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
