Yes, PRO needs a Google account. Signing in with Google confirms an email address you own. Your PRO membership is linked to that email and works on every device where you use it. We only read your email address. We never see your Google password.

Yes, PRO works on every device where you sign in with the same Google email. This includes Android TV, Fire TV, Android phones and tablets, and Windows. It also includes the browser player on any computer, iPhone or iPad. One purchase covers all of them.

You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan at any time. We ask no questions and charge no fees. Where you cancel depends on where you bought PRO.

  • Bought on this website: use the Manage subscription link at the top of this page. Enter your email address on the page that opens. Stripe sends you a one-time sign-in link to your billing portal. There you can cancel or update your payment details. You do not need an account or password.
  • Bought in the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Mac app: cancel in the App Store. Open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. You can also use apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple holds that subscription. The billing portal cannot find it, and we cannot cancel it for you.
  • Bought inside the app on Android: cancel in Google Play › Subscriptions. Google holds that subscription, so the same limits apply.

Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals, so there is nothing to cancel.
